Anne Laporte

Anne Laporte joined TAoMA Partners in 2020. She has been an attorney since 2015.

After having obtained a Master II in Intellectual Property and New Technologies Law, she completed various internships in a French pharmaceutical laboratory, then in a company designing electronic components in Philadelphia (USA). These experiences let her to work in both trademark and patent law, and in general, to take part in the drafting and negotiation of various business contracts (license, distribution, confidentiality, sponsoring, general terms and conditions …).

After being sworn in in 2015, she joined a law firm specialized in intellectual property and new technologies before the Marseille Bar, letting her to work on all issues of intellectual property, new technologies and distribution/consumer law, encountered by clients in a wide range of sectors (IT, chemistry, aeronautics, industry, communication, fashion).

In 2019, she is admitted to the Paris Bar and joins a firm specialized in intellectual property law, in particular in trademark, design and model law and copyright law. She was then involved in numerous litigations in the field of counterfeiting and/or unfair competition.

For four years, she hosted courses at the Nice Sophia-Antipolis Law School in pre-litigation strategy.

She joined the TAoMA team in 2020 to strengthen the litigation department and manage issues relating to trademarks, designs, copyright, consumer rights and new technologies.
