LUDOVIC DE CARNE
ATTORNEY AT LAW
Ludovic de Carné joined TAoMA Partners in 2021. He has been an attorney since 2016.
After having obtained an LL.M in intellectual property law and a Master’s degree in international arbitration, he completed various internships in legal departments and law firms, both in France and abroad.
After being sworn in 2016, he joined a law firm specialized in intellectual property law and more precisely in copyright infrigements. He also worked in a start-up where he ensured its compliance with GDPR.
These experiences enabled him to develop varied skills and a cross-disciplinary approach to the matters and projects he manages.
Ludovic hosted courses at Versailles University in contract law and at Centrale Supélec in intellectual property law. He is also a graduate of the Criminal Law Defence’s School.
He joined the TAoMA team in 2021 to strengthen the litigation department and manage issues relating to copyright infringements.
