Alain HAZAN, Managing Partner, is Head of the Advertising and Media Department of TAoMA Partners.

He is an expert in intellectual property and more particularly, in the fields of advertising, audiovisual, luxury industries and new information technologies. He has been assisting clients in consulting and litigation in all areas of media law for almost 30 years.

Thanks to his advanced and well-known expertise in the advertising, media and luxury sectors, he has allowed TAoMA Partners to offer its customers a comprehensive range of activities, especially on the Internet.

He has long been in charge of the weekly column “A bon droit” in “Le Monde Interactif” the supplement to Le Monde magazine. He collaborated in writing the Lamy Droit des Médias (part “Advertising”).

In 2004 and 2005, he was invited as a qualified person to assist the members of a workshop about digital advertisement organized by the ” Internet Rights Forum.”He is in charge of a course at Paris II Panthéon-Assas University about “Commercial communication and Advertisement” for a Master in Communication Law. He is often dispensing professional formations, notably with Comundi, on risks management on the Internet
Alain HAZAN is a member of the AFDIT (French Association of Information Technology and Telecommunications Law) and CYBERLEX.
