Aurélie NADIRAS is the referent of TAoMA Partners on the issues of business law and competition.
She has been a associate of HMV Avocats for several years. She brings her expertise in unfair competition, protection and defense of the company’s distinctive signs, setting up distribution networks, commercial contracts and, more generally, e-commerce.

Aurélie NADIRAS has been an attorney-at-law since 2000. Trained in corporate law, she has naturally developed an expertise in business law and more particularly in economic and labor law.

She supports and advises her clients in course of their business life, in France and worldwide, in various fields of activity, including aeronautics, consulting services, marketing, communication and distribution.

Convinced that the anticipation of litigation allows companies to optimize their management and reduce their litigation, she advises and assists them in the definition and formalization of their commercial policy, (general sales conditions), negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, creating and managing their distribution networks, such as selective distribution and franchising, life and termination of business relationships with suppliers and distributors.

She also intervenes in the litigation stage and assists or represents her clients before the arbitration or judicial courts in actions in unfair competition, recovery of debts, the resolution of the difficulties of executions of the contracts, the protection of the company vis-à-vis its competitors and in particular in the context of the protection of their distinctive signs.

She is a member of the National Association of Lawyer Graduates Business Council (ANDJCE).
