Charlène PORTES, Office Manager of TAoMA Partners collaborates with all the teams in the implementation and management of projects aiming at the development of the firm.

After having worked for 13 years in a large French IP firm, Charlène has evolved from a position of legal assistant to a position of Legal Assistant Manager.

After 13 years working in a large French IP firm, Charlène has evolved from a legal assistant to a legal assistant manager.

At the same time, in a need for professional and personal balance, Charlène trained as a Personal Development Coach.

In 2022, Charlène decided to evolve her career by (i) joining TAoMA Partners to become an Office Manager and (ii) launching her own personal development coach activity.

Her skills in listening, analysis, observation and organization allow her to combine these two activities.

In connection with all the members of the firm as well as external service providers, Charlène coordinates the implementation of TAoMA’s projects and its internal organization.
The goal of her actions is to ensure that the work environment is in line with the values of the firm and the expectations of the partners.
