Gaëlle Bermejo

Gaëlle BERMEJO holds a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property obtained in 2015 at the University of Montpellier.

Gaëlle has had several experiences in international IP law firms as well as in agri-food company. She joined TAoMA Partners in May 2021, as a lawyer specializing in trademarks, designs and domain names. She is a European Trademark and Design Attorney since 2022.

Gaëlle advises, assists, and provides supports to clients in the management of pre-litigation and administrative litigation, in particular in the field of trademark rights, design rights and domain names. She is involved in both at the level of the creation and enhancement of intellectual property rights (filing strategy, trademarks portfolio study) and in their defense (advice on chances of success, prior rights searches, drafting of contracts, French and European oppositions, cancellation action,  etc.).

Working on a national, European and international scale, Gaëlle has acquired a solid knowledge of the local practice of many intellectual property offices. Thus, it allows her to best assist clients in the protection and defense of industrial property rights abroad.
