Laurine Janin-Reynaud, Attorney-at-Law and Partner, is specialized in Intellectual Property.
She advises and litigates in the fields of patent, trademark, design and copyright law.
Laurine was sworn in in 2006 and practiced for nearly 18 years at DTMV Avocats, where she had been a partner since 2019. She joined TAoMA Partners in March 2024 as a partner to strengthen the firm’s litigation practice.
She has acquired in-depth expertise in the various areas of intellectual property law, as well as in related issues concerning unfair competition and trade secrets. She represents her clients before French and European Union courts, as well as before trademark offices (INPI, EUIPO, WIPO). Laurine is also registered as an authorized representative before the Unified Patent Jurisdiction (UPC).
Laurine represents her clients in the luxury goods, art, sports and transport sectors. Thanks to her technical expertise in patent litigation, Laurine also represents industrial clients in the chemical, mechanical and physics sectors.
Laurine is a member of the Patent Committee of ECTA (European Communities Trade Mark Association).
She is also an active member of the Association of Trademark and Design Law Practitioners (APRAM), Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle (AIPPI) and Association des Avocats de Propriété Industrielle (AAPI).
