Mazélie PILLET graduated from the University of Poitiers with two Master 2 in Intellectual Property in 2010 and in Business Law, specializing in Law and Marketing, in 2011.

Mazélie has been Industrial Property Attorney for almost 10 years, and previously worked in two IP law firms in Paris and Bordeaux. She has worked for economic operators of all sizes in a wide variety of sectors, which has enabled her to adapt her practice to clients’ requirements.

Mazélie joined the TAoMA Partners legal team in 2024, as Industrial Property Attorney.

Mazélie assists and advises the firm’s clients in relation with trademarks, designs and domain names. She is involved both in the creation and securement of intellectual property rights (prior availability searches, filing strategies, portfolio valuation) and in their defense in pre-litigation and administrative litigation (watching, studies of chances of success, cease and desist letter, drafting and negotiation of contracts, assignments, coexistence agreements, oppositions in France and the European Union, cancellation actions, etc.).

Working on a national, European and international scale, Mazélie has acquired in-depth knowledge of the local practices of numerous intellectual property offices. This enables her to provide our clients with the best possible support in protecting and defending their industrial property rights, both in France and abroad.
