Olpha BOULATI joined TAoMA Partners in September 2021, as a Trademark and Design Paralegal.

A graduate of ENADEP, Olpha worked in law firms specializing in labor law and in Industrial Property before joining TAoMA Partners.
In this context, she has managed law cases and handled legal proceedings related to various trademark and design portfolios before French, European and international offices, but also before national offices abroad in conjunction with local agents.

At TAoMA Partners, Olpha manages all the procedures required for the filing and maintenance of clients’ rights in terms of trademarks and designs, but also domain names.

Thanks to its experience as a paralegal, Olpha is rigorous and organized in the management of the files entrusted to it in order to best meet the client’s needs and expectations.
