A senior Attorney-at-law, joined TAoMA Partners in 2023.

He holds a Master II in Intellectual property and design law from the University Lyon II.

He has been practicing for over 5 years in the fields of intellectual property and communications and media law, providing advice, drafting and negotiating contracts and settling disputes, including in international contexts.

Robin has been involved at every stage of projects and contractual chains, anticipating and securing legal issues while remaining as close as possible to operational needs and constraints.

In addition, given the wide diversity of its clients, Robin has been able to train and adapt to the specific regulations that may apply to the projects submitted to him, including in particular issues relating to regulated advertising (Loi Évin, pharmaceutical products), certain regulated modes of communication (influence marketing, exploitation of the image of minors) but also the specific regimes applicable to certain sectors of activity, such as sports federations and events.

These experiences have enabled him to acquire and develop a professional approach centered on responsiveness and adaptation, a hands-on spirit and a propensity to favor, when desirable, exchange and negotiation in order to effectively resolve the difficulties and conflicts that may arise from the large-scale projects in which he is involved.
